Hi, I am a 21-year-old male from SD, Cali and I have been suffering from gross acne all over my face. I had this since I was 19 and tried treating it according to my dermatologist’s prescription, my acne lessen and comes back again! J.L., I hear you. I am 25 years old and now acne free 2 years ago, and before I tell you my secret, there is no evidence or further study that acne is related to masturbation. Masturbation keeps you healthy. I am not saying that you have to masturbate so often. Going back, online articles are sometimes not reliable.
